MINUTES OF THE LOCAL LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING
HELD APRIL 10, 2012
The Avon Town Council acting as the Local Liquor Licensing Authority for the Town of Avon, Colorado convened
at 5:00 PM at the Avon Town Hall, One Lake Street, Avon, Colorado. A roll call was taken and Board members
of the Authority present were Board members Dave Dantas, Chris Evans, Kristi Ferraro, Todd Goulding, Amy
Phillips and Buz Reynolds. Chairperson Carroll was absent.
PUBLIC HEARING FOR TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
Applicant: Montana's Cantina & Grill, LLC d /b /a Montana's Cantina & Grill
Current Owner: Finnegan's Wake Irish Pub, LLC d /b /a Finnegan's Wake Irish Pub
Current Owner: Maggie Parker
New Manager: Thomas Beaver
Address: 82 E. Beaver Creek Blvd.
Type: Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License
Board member Ferraro served as the Chairperson for the meeting since Rich Carroll was absent. She presented
the application for Montana's Cantina & Grill, LLC d /b /a Montana's Cantina & Grill. Thomas Beaver, Manager,
was present to answer any questions. Patty McKenny, Interim Town Manager, noted that all the materials
were in order. Chairman Ferraro opened the public hearing, no comments were made and the public hearing
was closed. Board member Phillips moved to approve the transfer of ownership for Montana's Cantina & Grill,
LLC d /b /a Montana's Cantina & Grill, Board member Evans seconded the motion and it passed unanimously by
those present. (Carroll absent)
CONSENT AGENDA:
Chairman Ferraro asked for a motion on the consent agenda. Board member Phillips moved to approve the
consent agenda; Board member Reynolds seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned at 5:15 PM.
