Include specific statements indicating how the Development Concept advances the goals of the Town and any relevant Policy or Vision Documents, specifically its ability to provide a public benefit. 2. Conceptual Design: Applicant shall submit a Conceptual Design and state (illustrate) any aspect of the design that does not conform to applicable Town of Avon, Colorado codes and standards. The Conceptual Design shall consist of drawings (elevations and perspectives optional). Additional descriptions of color, material and size of structures, and landscaping will be appreciated. 3.
