COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO AT 5:30 P.M. ON
JANUARY 10, 2006, AT THE TOWN OF AVON MUNICIPAL BUILDING FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE ADOPTION OF THE FOLLOWING
ORDINANCES:
Ordinance No. 05-13, Series Of 2005, An Ordinance Amending
Titles 12 and 16, Avon Municipal Code, Relating to Fees Charged
for Review of Applications for Rights-Of-Way Permits and
Subdivision Approval
Ordinance No. 05-14, Series of 2005, First Reading, An Ordinance
Amending Title 8, Avon Municipal Code, Prohibiting Smoking In
Certain Places, And Providing Fines For The Violation Hereof
A copy of said Ordinance is attached hereto, and is also on file at the office of the Town
Clerk, and may be inspected during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM
- 5 PM.
Following this hearing, the Council may consider final passage of this Ordinance. This
notice is given and posted by order of the Town Council of the Town of Avon, Colorado
