representative of The Eagle Valley Enterprise, that the
same weekly newspaper printed, in whole or in part and
published in the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, and
has a general circulation therein; that said newspaper
has been published continuously and uninterruptedly
in said County of Eagle for a period of more than fifty -
two consecutive weeks next prior to the first publication
of the annexed legal notice or advertisement; that said
newspaper has been admitted to the United States mails
as aperiodical under the provisions of the Act of March 3,

TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO
PROPOSED BUDGETS FOR YEAR 2014
Notice is hereby given that a proposed 2014
Town of Avon Budget and Capital Projects
Budget and Long Range Plans have been sub-
mitted to the Avon Town Council.
Notice is also hereby given that a proposed
2014 Urban Renewal Authority Budget has been
submitted to the Avon Urban Renewal Authority.
A copy of such proposed 2014 Budgets have been
filed in the office of the Town Clerk, Avon Town
Hall, One Lake Street and at the Avon Public Li-
brary, 200 Benchmark Road, Avon, Colorado,
where same is open for public inspection. A pub-
lic hearing will be held to hear comments re-
garding the proposed 2014 Budgets at a regu-
lar meeting of the Town of Avon to be held at
the Avon Town Hall, One Lake Street on No-
vember 26, 2013 at 5 P.M.
Any interested electors of said Town of Avon may
inspect the proposed budget documents and file or
register any objections thereto any time prior to the
final adoption of the budget. Final adoption of
these budgets is scheduled to take place on No-
vember 26, 2013. Any further questions please
