A RESOLUTION DELEGATING. AUTHORITY TO THE TOWN CLERK TO APPOINT
ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON. MAY 6, 2008.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 31-10-401, C.R.S., the governing body must appoint election
judges for the Special Municipal Election May 6, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON;'
COLORADO:
Section. 1: The Town Council delegates to the Town Clerk the authority to appoint Judges for
the Special Municipal Election on May 6, 2008.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be effective immediately.
