A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FOURTH AMENDED CONDOMINIUM MAP OF
AVON COMMERCIAL CENTER, LEVEL 2, A RESUBDIVISION OF UNIT 2309 AVON
CENTER AT BEAVER CREEK, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Avon Commercial Center, LTD has submitted a Fourth Amended Condominium
Map of Avon Commercial Center; Level 2, for a Resubdivision of Unit 230, Avon Center at
Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, located at 100 West Beaver Creek
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the Fourth Amended Condominium Map has been-reviewed by the Town Staff;
and,
WHEREAS, the Fourth Amended Condominium Map was found-to be substantially in
conformance with Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed resubdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as a
Fourth Amended Condominium Map.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF AVON, that the Fourth Amended Condominium Map of Avon Commercial Center, Level 2,
A Resubdivision of Unit 230, Avon Center at Beaver. Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County,
Colorado, is hereby approved by the Town of Avon subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.

Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado (100 West Beaver Creek Boulevard)
Summary: Avon Commercial Center, LTD, owner of 100 West Beaver Creek Boulevard, Avon
Center at Beaver Creek, has submitted a Fourth Amended Condominium Map of Avon Commercial
Center, Level 2, to resubdivide Unit 230; Avon Center at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County,
Colorado. This is an amended condominium map of an existing unit, converting the hallway portion of
previously plated unit 230 into C.L.C.E. The Subdivision is in conformance with the Title 16 of the Avon
Municipal Code, Subdivisions. Resolution 07-30 is attached as Exhibit A, and a copy of the Third
Amended Condominium Map is attached as Exhibit B.
Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 07-30, Series of 2007, A
Resolution Approving the Fourth Amended Condominium Map of Avon Commercial Center, Level 2, a
Resubdivision of Unit 230, Avon Center at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado,
subject to completion of technical corrections identified by staff.
Recommended Motion: I move to approve Resolution No. 07-30, Series of 2007, A
Resolution Approving the Fourth Amended Condominium Map of Avon Commercial Center, Level 2, a
Resubdivision of Unit 230, Avon Center at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado,
