A RESOLUTION IN APPRECIATION OF BOB REED
WHEREAS; Bob Reed_ began with the Town of Avon in the year.1986 as an employee of the
Town of Avon and retired from his position as Public Works / Transit Director in June 2007,
WHEREAS, Bob Reed has served the Town well through his many hours attending work
session, regular meetings, town functions for the public works and transit departments, as well as his
participation in town special events over a period of twenty (20) years; and.
WHEREAS, Bob Reed selflessly served the public and Avon's organization in a management
position and will always be.welcome in the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, Bob Reed's presence and contributions to the Council and his input and direction
provided on behalf of the citizens of Avon will be missed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON, as
follows: _
1. The sincere thanks of the Council and the residents of the Town of Avon are extended to Bob
Reed for his many years of service to the Town of Avon.
ADOPTED THIS 12th DAY OF JUNE 2007.
