A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 78,
BLOCK 4, WILDRIDGE, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
(5691 Wildridge Road East)
WHEREAS, Matt Breibach has submitted a Final Plat for a Resubdivision of Lot 78, Block 4,
Wildridge, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as a
Final Plat per Title 16 of Avon Muncipal Code;
NOW, WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF AVON, COLORADO that the Final Plat for a Resubdivision of Lot 78, Block 4, Wildridge,
Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado is hereby approved by the Town of Avon subject to the
completion of technical corrections as identified by staff.

Summary: Matt Breibach, owner of Lot 78, Block 4, Wildridge Subdivision, has
submitted a Final Plat to resubdivide Lot 78, Block 4, Wildridge Subdivision, Town of Avon,
Eagle County, Colorado. The property is located at 5691 Wildridge Road East. This is a
Duplex Subdivision of a developed lot, creating Duplex lots 78A and 78B, and creating an
access easement on Lot 78A for the benefit of Lot 78B. The Subdivision is in conformance
with Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code, Subdivisions.
Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 07-05, Series of
2007, A Resolution Approving the Final Plat, a Resubdivision of Lot 78, Block 4, Wildridge,
Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, subject to completion of technical corrections as
identified by Staff.
Recommended Motion: I move to approve Resolution.No. 07-05, Series of
