RESOLUTION. NO: 02-52, SERIES OF 2002
A RESOLUTION IN APPRECIATION OF JUDY YODER
WHEREAS, JUDY YODER subscribed to the oath of the office of Council Member of
the Town of Avon in 1992; and
WHEREAS, JUDY YODER has abided by her oath and has served the Town well; and
WHEREAS, JUDY YODER has been an instrumental citizen in the Town of Avon by
serving on numerous community boards over the past years, such as the Eagle Valley Library
District and Eagle Valley Library Foundation, Avon Arts Council and the Eagle River Fire
Protection District; and
WHEREAS, JUDY YODER was succeeded in the office on the 18th day of November,
2002; and
WHEREAS, JUDY YODER'S presence and contributions to the Council will be
missed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF AVON, as follows:
. 1. The sincere thanks of the Council and the residents of the Town of Avon are
extended to JUDY YODER for her service to the Town of Avon.
2. This Resolution shall be spread at large in the minutes of the meeting and a
certified copy shall be delivered to the said JUDY YODER.
