TC Res. No. 2002-07WHEREAS, Local Public Bodies, including the Avon Town Council, are required by
Subsection 24-6-402,(2) (c) C.R.S., to designate annually at the Town Council's first regular
meeting of each calendar year, the place at which notice will be, posted at least 24 hours prior
to each meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE AVON TOWN COUNCIL AS
FOLLOWS:
Notices of meetings of the Town Council_ required pursuant to Section 24-6-401, et seq.,
C.R.S. shall be posted within the boundaries of the Town at least 24 hours prior to each
meeting at the following locations:
Avon Municipal Complex, 400 Benchmark Road, Bulletin Board
Avon Recreation Center, 325 Benchmark Road, Bulletin Board
Alpine Bank, 10 W. Beaver Creek Boulevard, Bulletin Board
City. Market, 260 Beaver Creek Place, Front Lobby. Bulletin Board
