A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENDORSEMENT-OF THE EAGLE
COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING PLAN BY THE TOWN
COUNCIL, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO,
WHEREAS, Policy C2.5 of the Avon Comprehensive plan states that the Town will
continue to coordinate with Eagle County and other jurisdictions in, planning for
affordable housing; and
WHEREAS, The Town of Avon participated as a member of the task force to
develop the Eagle County Comprehensive Housing Plan,
WHEREAS, the-Eagle County Comprehensive Housing Plan has been considered at
several public meetings in the Town of Avon and Eagle County; -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of
Avon,
That the Town Council of the Town of Avon hereby endorses the Eagle County
Comprehensive Housing Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
