SERIES OF 1998
A RESOL UTION 17V APPRECL4TION OF RICHARD CARNES
WHEREAS, RICHARD CARNES subscribed to the oath of the office of Council
Member of the Town of Avon on November 15, 1994; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD CARNES has abided by his oath and has served the Town
well; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD CARNES was succeeded in the office on the IOM day of
November, 1998; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD CARNES' presence and contributions to the Council will
be missed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF AVON, as follows:
1. The sincere thanks of the Council and the residents of the Town of Avon
are extended to RICHARD CARNES for his service to the Town of Avon.
2. This Resolution shall be spread at large in the minutes of the meeting and
a certified copy shall be delivered to the said RICHARD CARNES.
