A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY FLA'P', A RESUBDIVISION OF
TRACT B, CHAPEL SQUARE SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY,
COLORADO.
WHEREAS, Leo Palmos- has submitted a Preliminary Plat for, a.Resubdivision of Tract B,
Chapel Square Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Preliriiinmy Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff, and
'WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was found to be substantially in conformance with Title IS of
the Avon Municipal Code; and
NVHEREAS,.the'proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as a
Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OE AVON, that the Preliminary Plat for A Resubdivision of Tract B, Chapel Square
Subdivision,.Town of Avon,-Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby approved by the Town-of Avon-
subject to:
1) Approval of PUD Zoning Amendment allowing zero lot, line buildin g setback-as
created by proposed subdivision, prior to or concurrently with- Final Plat approval.
2) Approval of agreements or other provisions to assure conformance with parking
requirements for existing and proposed development, prior to-or concurrently with Final
Plat approval.
3) Approval of agreements or other provisions to-assure compliance with provisions
of existing Parking Maintenance Agreement regarding Tracts A and B, Community
Shopping Center, prior to or concurrently with Final Plat approval.
