A RESOLUTION APPOINTING KRISTEN E. NASH
TOWN CLERK OF THE TOWN OF AVON.
WHEREAS, Patty Lambert resigned as Town Clerk of the Town of Avon
effective February 21, 1998;

WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that Kristen E. Nash is qualified to
be appointed Town Clerk of the Town;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Avon, Colorado, as follows:
1. Kristen E. Nash is appointed Town Cleric of the Town of Avon, effective April
1, 1998, to serve an indefinite term, at the pleasure of the Council.
2. The thanks of the Council are extended to Melanie Dyck for her service as
acting Town Clerk.
