A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE RESIDENCY
QUALIFICATION OF ALBERT J. REYNOLDS
WHEREAS, Council Member Albert J. ("Buzz") Reynolds, on December 16,
1997, lost his place of abode within the Town of Avon but has expressed his intention to return
to the Town and his desire to continue as a council member of the Town;
THEREFORE, it is determined that the said Albert J. (`Buzz") Reynolds intends
to return to a home or place of abode in Avon within the three months following his loss of his
place of abode within the Town;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Avon, Colorado, that the residency qualification of Albert J. ("Buzz") Reynolds is hereby
extended to and including March 16, 1998.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Avon the 13`h day of January, 1998.

Dear Council Members:
As you know, it has been necessary for me to relocate outside of the town of
Avon. On December 16, 1997, I lost my place of abode within the Town.
I very much want to return to the town and very much want to continue as a
council member of the Town. Therefore, pursuant to Section 2.32.020 of the Municipal Code of
the Town of Avon, I ask that the council determine that I intend to return to a home or place of
abode in Avon within the three months following my loss of my place of abode within the Town
and, based on that determination, continue my residency qualification to and including March 16,
1998.
