A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELMIINARY AND FINAL PLAT
FOR SECOND"SUPPLEMENTAL CONDOMINIUM MAP OF THE'
GREENBRIER CONDOMINIUMS - PHASE NO: I (UNITS 19 - 26),
TOWN OF 'AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Warner Developments, Inc. has submitted Preliminary and Final Plat for
Second Supplemental Condominium Map of the Greenbrier Condominiums - Phase No. I
(Units, 19-26), Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and Final Plats have been reviewed by the Town Staff, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and' Final Plats were found to be substantially in
conformance with Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the 'requiiements for consideration "
as Preliminary and Final Plats.
NOW, THE4FORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF A%N, that the Second Supplemental Condominium Map of the Greenbrier
Condominiums - Phase No. I (Units 19-26), Town of Avon, Eagle County; Colorado, is
hereby approved by the Town of Avon subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.
ADOPTED THIS 10th DAY OF June 1997.
