A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT, A
RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 38, BLOCK 2, BENCHMARK AT
BEAVER CREEK SUBDIVISION, AMENDMENT NO. 4,
SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 55, RANGE 82W OF THE 6TH
P.M., TOWN OF AVON; COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF
COLORADO
WHEREAS, Robert Borg has submitted a Final Plat, a Resubdivision of Lot 38, Block 2,
Benchmark at Beaver Creek Subdivision,' Amendment No. 4, Section 12, Township 55, Range
82w of the 6th P.M., Town of Avon, County of Eagle, State of Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat have been reviewed by the Town Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the Title 16 of
the Avon Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration r
as a Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of `
Avon, that the Final Plat, a Resubdivision of Lot 38, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek
Subdivision, Amendment No. 4, Section 12, Township 55, Range 82w of the 6th P.M., Town of
Avon, County of Eagle, State of Colorado; and is hereby approved by the Town of Avon, subject
to:
1.The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.
