RESOLUTION NO. 97-15
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
AND TRANSPORTATION PLAN UPDATE OF THE TOWN OF
AVON
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town
of Avon, acting pursuant to S 31-23-208, C.R.S., has certified to
the Council attested copies of a.Comprehensive Plan and a
Transportation Plan Update for the Town of Avon ("the Avon Master
Plans"); and
WHEREAS, said 5 31-23-208, C.R.S., directs that such
attested copies shall be filed with the county clerk and recorder
after approval by the Council;
THE TOWN COUNCIL FINDS that the Avon Master Plans have
been adopted by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of
Avon in conformity with state law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, Colorado, that the Avon Master Plans are
approved for filing with the Clerk and Recorder of Eagle County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting the 11th day of
February, 1997.
