A RESOLUTION AMENDING APPENDIX B TO ORDINANCE
NO. 97-1, AS IT RELATES TO PRESSURE REDUCING
VALVES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
Colorado, that the part of Appendix B to Ordinance 97-1 titled
"PRESSURE REDUCING VALVES" is amended to read as follows:
"Individual pressure reducing valves are required on
all water service lines and shall be located upstream
from (ahead of) the water meter. Provided, the Town
Manager is authorized to grant waivers from the
requirement that sprinkler systems be protected by
PRV's to applicants entering into a waiver agreement
with the Town, in a form approved by the Town Manager.
ADOPTED the 28th day of January, 1997.
