A RESOLUTION APPOINTING WILLIAM S. EFTING AS
TOWN MANAGER OF THE TOWN OF AVON
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
Colorado, that the Town Council, reposing special trust and
confidence in William S. Efting, does hereby APPOINT the said
William S. Efting to an indefinite term as the Town Manager of
the Town of Avon, effective the 6th day of January, 1997.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council the 14th day of January, 1997.
