A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAN
AND FINAL PLAT OF THE CONDOMINIUM MAP OF
AVON COMMERCIAL CENTER, LEVELS I & 2, LOT A,
BLOCK 2, AVON CENTER AT BEAVER CREEK, TOWN
OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, STATE OF COLORADO.
WHEREAS, Shapiro Development Co., a Colorado Corporation„ has submitted both a
Preliminary Plan and Final Plat of the Condominium Map of Avon Commercial Center, Levels 1
& 2, Lot A, Block 2, Avon Center at Beaver Creek. To%%m of Avon, Eagle County, State of
Colorado; and
WHEREAS, both the Preliminary Plan and Final Plat of the Condominium Map have
been reviewed by the To%%m Staff; and
WHEREAS, both the Preliminary Plan and Final Plat of the Condominium Map were
found to be substantially in accord with the Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration
as a Preliminary Plan and as a Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of
Avon, that the Preliminary Plan and Final Plat of the Condominium Map of Avon Commercial
Center, Levels I & 2, Lot A, Block 2, Avon Center at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle
County, State of Colorado, are hereby approved by the Town of Avon, subject to:
The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.
