AVON, COUNTY OF FAGLE, S'a ATE OF COLORADO
WHEREAS, Avon Plaza, 1.1-C has submilkd a 1:1nal Condominium Plat of Avon Plaza,
I.ots 24, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, County of Eagle, Stag: of
Colorado and
WHEREAS, the Final Condominium Plat, has been revie-wed by the Toeara Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Final Condominium €'la was found to be substantially in accord with
Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration
as a Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon
that the final Condominium Plat of Avon Plaza. lots 24, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek,
Toavn of Avon, County of Eagle, State of Colorado. is hereby approved by the Town of Avon,
subject to:
The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.
