A RESOLUTION IN IPPRECIATION OF THOMAS M- HINES
WHEREAS, T 40MAS M. HINES subscribed to the oar-h of the
office of Council Member of the Town of Aron on August 13,
1991; and
WHEREAS, THOMAS M. HIKES has abided by his oath and has
served the Town well; and
WHEREAS, THOMAS M. HINES was succeeded in office on the
12th day of November, 1996; and
WHEREAS, 'T'HOMAS M. HINES`S presence and contributions
to the Council wznll be. massed.
NOW,. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL" OF
THE TOWN OF AVON, as follows :
1. The sincere thanks of the Council and the
residents of the Town of Avon are extended to THOMAS M.
HIDES for his service to the Town of Avon.
2. This,Resolution shall be,spread at large in the
minutes of the meeting and a certified copy shall be--
delivered to the said THOMAS M. HINES.
