SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF AVON, 'EAGLE COUNTY,
COLORADO
WHER.EAS,'Carv Builders Inc.. has submitted a Final Condominium Plat for Sage
Villas Condominiums, Lot 85, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision. To%%m of Aeon. Eag,le'County,
Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Sage Villas Final Condominium Plat has been reviewed by the Town
Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Sage Villas Final Condominium Plat was found to be substantially in
accord with the Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of
Avon, that the Final Condominium Plat cf Sage Villas Condominiums, Lot 85, Block 1,
Wildridge Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby approved by the
Town of Avon, subject to:
The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff
