A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
MOUNTAIN STAR FILING No. 3, A PORTION OF
SECTIONS I &c 2, T a S. R 82 W OF THE 6th PAL, TO4NIN
OFAVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Mountain Star, LLC'., has submitted a Final Plat of Mountain Star
Filing No. A Portion of Sections I & 2. T S. R 82 w of the 6th P. M.. Toan Of Avon. Eagle
County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff. and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the 'Fitle 16 of
the Avon Municipal Code: and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration
as a Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council, of the Town of
Avon, that the Final Plat of Mountain Star Filing No. 3. A Portion of Sections 1 & 2, T 5 S. R 82
w of the 6th P. M., Town Of Avon, Eagle County. Colorado, is hereby approved by the Town of
Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.
2. The building envelope on the plat be amended to a maximum of two acres in size.
