No. 1996-39TOWN OF AVON RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 39 SERIES OF 1996 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY CONDOMINIUM PLAN FOR LOT 4, NOTTINGHAM STATION PUD, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO WHEREAS, Canyon Run, LLC, has submitted a Preliminary Condominium Plan for, Lot 4, Nottingham Station PUD, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and WHEREAS, the Preliminary Condominium Plan has been reviewed by the Town Staff; and WHEREAS, the Preliminary Condominium Plan was found to be substantially in accord with the Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as a Preliminary Plan.
