A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS FOR LOCAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1990-1 (WILDRIDGE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT) FOR COLLECTION BY EAGLE COUNTY TREASURER
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Avon, Colorado has
created Local Improvement District No. 1990-1 (Wildridge Special
Improvement District) for the purpose of making certain local
improvements; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 90-14 assessed the cost of said
improvements to and upon lots or tracts of land within the District;
and
WHEREAS, failure to pay when due any installment of principle
and interest shall cause the whole of the unpaid principal and
accrued interest to become due and collectable immediately;'and
WHEREAS, assessments of principal and interest due and payable
March 1, 1996, have not been paid for certain properties in the
District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the
Town of Avon, Colorado that the following properties are herby declared
to be in default for failure to pay assessments due March 1, 1996,
and are hereby certified to the County Treasurer for collection.
