A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PERSONNEL MATTERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
Colorado, that the resignation of William D. James as Town'Manger
of the Town'of Avon, effective today, is accepted with regret.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Confidential Agreement
between the Town of Avon and William D. James is approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Avon the 27th day of June, 1996.
