A RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING LEVEL III WATER USE RESTRICTIONS
FROM JUNE 1, 1996 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1996
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Avon has determined that conditions
may exist where the water supply will be inadequate to meet the demand; and
WHEREAS, these conditions are expected to exist during the irrigation period of June
through September; and
WHEREAS, adopted Rules and Regulations of the Town of Avon provide that the
Town Council shall make any determination of a Level 11 or Level III period.of water
restriction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, that it is hereby determined that Level III period of
water restriction shall be imposed from June 1, 1996 through September 30, 1996, and
notice of these restrictions shall be posted and published in a newspaper of general
circulation within the Town.
