SERIES OF 1996
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL
CONDOMINIUM MAP OF BUILDINGS ONE AND TWO,
LOT 3, NOTTINGHAM STATION PUD AMENDMENT NO.
2 SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY,
COLORADO
WHEREAS, Wintergreen Homes V. LLC, has submitted a Final Condominium Map for
Buildings One and Two, Lot 3, Nottingham Station PUD Amendment NO.2 Subdivision, Town
of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Condominium Map has been reviewed by the Town Staff, and
WHEREAS, the Final Condominium Map was found to be substantially in accord with
the Preliminary Condominium Plat and Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration
as a Final Condominium Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of
Avon, that the Final Condominium Map of Buildings One and Two, Lot 3 Nottingham Station
PUD Amendment NO. 2, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby approved by the
Town of Avon, subject to:
The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.
