A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL CONDOMINIUM PLAT FOR AVON TOWN
SQUARE COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUMS PHASE I, LOT 2, AVON TOWN SQUARE
SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, ATS Venture, has submitted a Final Condominium Plat for Avon Town Square
Commercial Condominiums, Phase I, Lot 2, Avon Town Square Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle
County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Condominium Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff, and
WHEREAS, the Final Condominium Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon, that the
Final Condominium Plat, Avon Town Square Commercial Condominiums Phase I, Lot 2, Avon Town:
Square Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, is herebv approved by the Tow: of Avon,
subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.
2. The applicant shall post a letter of credit or other approved security for the completion of all
street and streetscape improvements related to Lot 2, Avon Town Square Subdivision.
3. A note be included on the Final Condominium Plat stating that 'No unit be assigned the right to
use more than the minimum required for the total floor area and allowed use of that unit. Any spaces not
-assigned or leased will be made available for general use by the Occupants of Lot 1 and Lot 2, Avon Town
Square Commercial Condominium Units."
