SERIES OF 1995
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR EAGLE RIDGE
TOWNHOMES, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 79, BLOCK 1, WILDRIDGE, TOWN OF
AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, C.C.I Development Group, LLC, has submitted a Final Plat for the Eagle
Ridge Townhomes, a Resubdivision of Lot 79, Block 1, Wildridge, Town of Avon, Eagle County,
Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Subdivision Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Final Subdivision Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Final Plat, A Resubdivision of Lot 79, Block 1, Wildridge, Town of Avon, Eagle County,
Colorado, is hereby approved by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.
