RESOLUTION NO. 95-39
SERIES OF 1995
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE RESUBDIVISION
OF LOTS 1 2, NOTTINGHAM STATION, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE
COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS,-Bill Oldershaw has submitted a Final Plat for the Resubdivision of
Lots 1 & 2, Nottingham Station, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Star; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Final Plat complies with the requirements for
consideration as a Minor Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town
of Avon that the Final Plat, A Resubdivision of Lots 1 & 2, Nottingham Station, Town of
Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby approved by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Staff.
2. Receipt of letters from all affected utility companies authorizing vacation of the
easement.
