A RESOLUTION APPROVING THIRD SUPPLEMENTAL PLAT AND
CONDOMINIUM MAP, BRIDGEWATER TERRACE CONDOMINIUM, LOT 81)
BLOCK 3, BENCHMARK AT BEAVER CREEK, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE
COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Elizabeth L. Meikle, has submitted Third Supplemental. Plat and
Condominium Map, Bridgewater Terrace Condominium, Lot 8, Block 3, Benchmark at
Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Third Supplemental Plat and Condominium Map has been
reviewed by the Town Staff, and
WHEREAS, the Third Supplemental Plat and Condominium Map was found to be
substantially in accord with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon-, and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for
consideration as a Minor Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town
of Avon that the Third Supplemental Plat and Condominium Map, Bridgewater Terrace
Condominium, Lot 8, Block 3, Benchmark at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle
County, Colorado, is hereby approved by the Town of Avon subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.
