SERIES OF 1995
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR EAGLE
RIDGE TOWNHOMES, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 79, BLOCK 19
WILDRIDGE, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, C.C.I. Development Group, LLC, has submitted a Preliminary Plat
for the Eagle Ridge Townhomes, A Resubdivision of Lot 79, Block 1, Wildridge, Town of
Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat, was found to be substantially in accord with the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the required Notice of Public Hearing has been posted for the
Preliminary Plat Approval; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered all comments received at the
Public Hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town
of Avon that the Preliminary Plat of Eagle Ridge Townhomes, A, Resubdivision of Lot 79,
Block 1, Wildridge, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby approved by the
Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the and Town Staff,
prior to submittal of Final Plat.
