A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PREL]AHNARY AND FINAL PLAT FOR
FALCON TOWNHOMES, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 18, BLOCK 19
WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY,
COLORADO
WHEREAS, Fred Hiller of Hiller Real Estate acting as owner's authorized agent
has submitted a Preliminary and Final Plat for the Falcon Townhomes,, A Resubdivision of
Lot 18, Block 1, Wildridge, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff,
and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and Final Plat, were found to be substantially in
accord with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the required Notice of Public Hearing has been posted for the
Preliminary Plat Approval; and -
WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered all comments received at the
Public Hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Towri
of Avon that the Preliminary and Final Plat of Falcon Townhomes, A Resubdivision
of Lot 18, Block 1, Wildridge, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, is
hereby approved by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town
Attorney and Town Staff.
