RESOLUTION NO. 95-18
SERIES OF 1995
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR NOTTINGHAM
STATION. PUD AMENDMENT NO. 2, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 3,
NOTTINGHAM STATION, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, Shapiro Development Co. has submitted a Preliminary Plat for
Nottingham Station - PUD Amendment No. 2, A Resubdivision of Lot 3, Nottingham
Station, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and;
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was found to conform with the Planned Unit
Development Plan for Lot 3, Nottingham Station as established by Ordinance No. 95-7;
and;
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was found to be in general conformance with
the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town
of Avon, that the Preliminary Plat, for Nottingham Station -)PUD Amendment No. 2, A'
Resubdivision of Lot 3, Nottingham Station, Town of Avon, Eagle County,, Colorado is
hereby approved by the Town of Avon, subject to completion of the following:
1. Completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff,
2. Approval of utility construction plans by the applicable utility companies;
3. Final Plat include drainage and utility easements as necessary to conform with
final approved construction drawing;
4. Terms of dedication of Tract C to the Town of Avon for public open space be
resolved prior to final plat approval;
5. Dedication of right-of-way for Hurd Lane, across Lot 1 and Tract B, Eaglebend
Subdivision Filing No. 4, be completed prior to final plat approval.
6. Completion and approval of construction plans and specifications for Hurd
Lane from Avon Road to Eaglebend Drive including grading, paving, drainage,
curb and gutter, sidewalk, and soft pedestrian path along river, multi-use path
and street/pathway lights prior to final plat approval.
7. Completion and approval, prior to final plat approval, of construction plans and
specifications for drainage facilities conforming with Town of Avon Master
Drainage Study.
8. Submittal of a Subdivision Improvements Agreement and collateral for
completion of improvements as stipulated in Section 16.24. 100 of the Avon
Municipal Code.
