SERIES OF 1995
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR MOUNTAIN STAR FILING NO. 2,
FIRST AMENDMENT, A MINOR RESUBDIVISION OF
LOTS 91 AND 92, MOUNTAIN STAR, FILING NO. 2, TOWN OF AVON,
EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Mountain Star Limited Liability Company has submitted a Final Plat for
Mountain Star-Filing No. 2, First Amendment, A Minor Resubdivision of Lots 91 and 92,
Mountain Star Filing No. 2, Town of Avon, Eagle .County, Colorado;_and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by ther'Town staff, and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the Subdivision
Regulations-of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Final Plat complies with the requirements for consideration as
a Minor Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Final Plat for Mountain Star Filing No. 2 First Amendment, A Minor Resubdivision of
Lots 91 and 92, Mountain Star Filing No. 2, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby
approved by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Staff.
2. Adoption of Ordinance No. 95-1, series of 1995, an ordinance providing for-the-.,
approval of an amended PUD Development Plan for a reduction in allowed single
family lots from 93 to 92 by the elimination of the common lot line between Lots 91
and 92.
ADOPTED THIS 14th DAY OF February 3 1994

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Resolution No. 95-7, Series of 1995, A Resolution Approving a Final Plat for
Mountain Star Filing No. 2 First Amendment, A Resubdivision of Lots 91 and 92,
Mountain-Star Filing No. 2, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; ,
Mountain Star Limited Liability Company has submitted a Final Plat in conjunction with
the PUD Amendment in Ordinance No. 95-1, Series of 1995. The Final Plat vacates the
common lot line between Lots 91 and 92, Filing No. 2, of Mountain Star Subdivision in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 95-1. The Final Plat has been reviewed
and was found to be in substantial conformance with the Town's Subdivision Regulations
and may be considered as a Minor Subdivision.
Resolution 95-7 approves the plat subject to:
1. Completion of technical corrections a identified by Town Staff.
2. Adoption of Ordinance No. 95-1, Series of 1995; An ordinance providing for
the approval of an amended PUD Development Plan for a reduction in allowed
