A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE MASTER DRAINAGE STUDY DATED
SEPTEMBER, 1994, AS THE MASTER DRAINAGE PLAN
FOR THE TOWN OF AVON
WHEREAS, the Avon Town Council has commissioned the revising and
updating of the Master Drainage Study to provide guidance for the drainage needs
of the, community, and
WHEREAS, the Master Drainage Plan for the Town of Avon, has been reviewed
throughout the preparation process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, Colorado,,that the Master Drainage Study as prepared by Inter-Mountain
Engineering, Ltd. and dated September 1994, is hereby adopted for use by the Town of Avon
and development occurring within the Town.
