A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR SECOND
AMENDMENT MOUNTAIN STAR, A RESUBDIVISION OF
LOTS 87 AND 88 MOUNTAIN STAR, TOWN OF AVON,
EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Mountain Star Limited Liability Company has submitted a Final Plat for
Second Amendment Mountain Star, A Resubdivision of Lots 87 and 88, Mountain Star, Town of
Avon, Eagle County, Colorado: and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by iher Town staff, and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found to be, substantially in accord with the Subdivision
Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Final Plat complies with the requirements for consideration as
a Minor Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Final Plat for Second Amendment Mountain Star, A Resubdivision of Lots 87 and 88,
Mountain Star, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby approved by the Town of
Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Staff.
2. Adoption of Ordinance No. 94-22, series of 1994, an ordinance providing for the
approval of an amended PUD Development Plan for a reduction in allowed single
family from 94 to 93 by the elimination of the common lot line between Lots 87
and 88.
