A RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF DEED OF TRUST
FROM WILDRIDGE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR1OT 35,
BLOCK 2, AND LOTS 64, 65, 66 AND 68, BLOCK 3,
WILDRIDGE, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Wildridge Development Company has requested release of Deed of Trust for
Lot 35, Block 2, and Lots 64, 65, 66 and 68, Block 3, Wildridge Subdivision, as per recorded
replat #2 thereof, as recorded in Book 330 at Page 78, County of Eagle, State of Colorado; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust is held by the Town of Avon in conjunction with
Subdivision Improvements Agreement, Wildwood Resort Subdivision, dated April 9, 1985; and
WHEREAS, with the completion of Buck Creek Road and the Town purchase of Swift
Gulch, the provisions of the Subdivision Improvements Agreement, Wildwood Resort Subdivision
have been complied with or are no longer applicable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Deed of Trust of Wildridge Development Company for Lot 35, Block 2, and Lots 64, 65,
66, and 68, Block 3, Wildridge Subdivision, as per recorded replat #2 Thereof, as recorded in
Book 330 at Page.78, County of Eagle, State of Colorado is hereby approved for release and
Town of Avon representatives are hereby authorized to execute the required documents to
complete the release.
ADOPTED THIS 15th DAY OF November 11994.
