SERIES OF 1994
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF
DRAW SPUR TOWNHOMES, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 86, BLOCK l;
WILDRIDGE, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY; COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Owner, J K Perry Development, Inc. a Colorado Corporation, has
submitted a Preliminary and Final Plat for the Draw Spur Townhomes, a Resubdivision of Lot 86,
Block 1, Wildridge, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and Final Plats have been reviewed by the Town Staff, -and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and Final Plats were found to be substantially in accord with
the Design Review approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Subdivision
Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the required Notice of Public Hearing have been mailed and posted for the
Preliminary Plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered all comments received at the Public
Hearing,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Preliminary and Final Plat, for Draw Spur Townhomes, a Resubdivision of Lot 86, Block
1, Wildridge, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado is hereby approved by the Town of Avon,
subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections identified by Staff.
ADOPTED THIS 25th DAY OF October 1994.
