A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY
CONDOMINIUM MAP OF VAIL/AVON COMMERCIAL
PARK, LOT 14/15, BLOCK 1, BENCHMARK AT BEAVER
CREEK, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, T. J. Conners has submitted a Preliminary Condominium Map of Vail/Avon
Commercial Park, Lot 14/15, Block 1, Benchmark at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle
County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Condominium Map has been reviewed by Town Staff; and
WHEREAS, the PreliminaryCondominium Map was found to be substantially in accord
with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as
a Preliminary Condominium Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Preliminary Condominium Map of Vail/Avon Commercial Park, Lot 14/15, Block 1,
Benchmark at Beaver Creek Subdivision is hereby approved by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Staff and
conformance with design review approvals.
