A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDOMINIUM MAP
'OF LOT 14, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 13W, AND LOT 14,
BLOCK 1, EAGLEBEND SUBDIVISION FILING NO. 1
TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Design and Construction Services, Inc. has submitted a Condominium Map
of Lot 14, A Resubdivision of Lot 13W and Lot 14, Block 1, Eaglebend Subdivision, Filing No.
I, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Condominium Map has been reviewed by the Town Staff, and
WHEREAS, the Condominium Map was found to be substantially in accord with the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as
a Minor Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town, of Avon,
that the Condominium Map of Lot 14, A Resubdivision of Lot 13 W and Lot 14, Block 1,
Eaglebend Subdivision Filing No. 1, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado. is hereby approved
by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Staff.
