A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL. PLAT AMENDMENT
NO. 8, LOT 19 AND RESUBDIVISION OF TRACT B, BLOCK 1,
AMENDMENT NO 7, EAGLEBEND FILING 2
TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Eaglebend Partnership, has submitted a Final Plat Amendment No. 8, Lot 19,
and A Resubdivision of Tract B, Block 1, Amendment No. 7, Eaglebend Subdivision Filing No. 2,
Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff, and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements of a minor
subdivision for consideration as a Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Final Plat Amendment No. 8, Lot 19 and the Resubdivision of Tract B, Block 1,
Amendment No. 7, Eaglebend Subdivision, Filing No. 2, is hereby approved by the Town of
Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Staff.
