SERIES OF 1994
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELEVENARY AND FINAL PLAT OF
SUNSET TOWNHOMES, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 78, BLOCK 1,
WILDRIDGE, TOWN OF AVON,
EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Owner, Sunset Townhomes Association, has submitted a Preliminary and
Final Plat for the Sunset Townhomes, a Resubdivision of Lot 78, Block 1, Wildridge, Town of
Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and Final Plats have been reviewed by the Town Stag and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and Final Plats were found to be substantially in accord with
the Design Review approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Subdivision
Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the required Notice of Public Hearing have been mailed and posted for the
Preliminary Plat approval; and
WHEREAS,-the Town Council has considered all comments received at the Public
Hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Preliminary and Final Plat, for Sunset Townhomes, a Resubdivision of Lot 78, Block 1, _
Wildridge, Town of Avon, Eagle County Colorado is hereby approved by the Town of Avon,
subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections identified by Staff.

[ayor Reynolds announced this is a public hearing.
[r. Norm Wood stated that Sunset Townhomes Association has
ubmitted an application for Preliminary Plan and Final Plat
approval for the resubdivision of Lot 78, Block 1, Wildridge.
'his is a six-plex townhome project. The reason for the
preliminary plat and public hearing process is that it involves
Lore than four units, thus it can not be considered as a minor
ubdivision. Plans have been approved by the Planning and Zoning
'ommission. The project is essentially complete. The
ubdivision will allow them to sell the individual units.
'ouncilor Nottingham motioned to approve Resolution No. 94-25,
