SERIES OF 1994
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
THE RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 104, BLOCK 1,
WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF AVON,
EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Owner, Donald Pressley, dba Carpentry Unlimited, has submitted a Final
plat for the Duplex Subdivision of lot 144, Block 1, Wddridge Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle
County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff, and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the Subdivision
Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as
a Duplex Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the, Town of Avon,
that the Final Plat, a Resubdivison of Lot 104, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision, Town of
Avon, Eagle County Colorado is hereby approved by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Staff.
