A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL CONDOMQNIUM
MAP FOR LOT 36, BLOCK 1, AMENDMENT NO. 4,
BENCHMARK AT BEAVER CREEK, TOWN OF AVON,
EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Lot 36 Limited Partnership, Thomas Backhus, General Partner, has
submitted a Final Condominium Plat for Lot 36, Block l', Benchmark at Beaver Creek, Town of
Avon, Eagle County, Colorado: and
WHEREAS, the Final Condominium Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Final Condominium Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as
a Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Final Condominium Map for Lot 36, Block 1, Benchmark at Beaver Creek, Town of
Avon, Eagle County Colorado is hereby approved by the Town of Avon, subject to:
The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Staff. .
