A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED FINAL
PLAT FOR LOTS 1 AND 2, AVON TOWN SQUARE A RESUBDIVISION,
OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, THE LODGE AT AVON SUBDIVISION,
TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WI EREAS, Alfred Williams has submitted an Amended Final Plat for Lots 1 and
2, Avon Town Square, A Resubdivision, of Lot 1, Block 1, The Lodge at Avon
Subdivision, Town of Avon; Eagle. County, Colorado, 'and
WHEREAS, the Amended Final Plat has been reviewed by the-Town'Staff, and
WHEREAS, the Amended Final Plat was found to.be substantially in accord'with
the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for
consideration as a Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town
of Avon, that the Amended Final Plat for Lots 1 and 2, Avon Town Square, A
Resubdivision of Lot 1, Block ' 1, The Lodge At Avon Subdivision, is hereby approved as a
subdivision by the Town of Avon, Subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Staff.
