A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL CONDOMINIUM MAP
FOR THE SEASONS AT AVON, COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUMS
ON LOT 63,-'A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 62, 63, AND 64, BLOCK 2,
AMENDMENT NO.4 BENCHMARK AT BEAVER CREEK
SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Avon Partners Limited Liability Company has submitted a Final
Condominium Plat for The Seasons At Avon Commercial Condominiums on Lot 63, A
Resubdivision of Lots 62, 63, and 64, Block 2, Amendment No. 4, Benchmark at Beaver Creek
Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado: and
WHEREAS, the Final Condominium 'Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff, and'
WHEREAS, the Final Condominium Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the
-•Subdivision Regulations of the, Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS;:the proposed subdivision complies, with the requirements for consideration as
a Final Plat.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Final Condominium Map for The Seasons At Avon Commercial Condominiums on Lot
63, A Resubdivision of Lots 62, 63, and 64, Block 2, Amendment N6.'4, Benchmark'at Beaver
Creek Subdivision is.hereby approved by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. This approval is conditioned upon Declarant's providing supervision and
management of on-site parking, to assure that parking spaces are available at all times for
both residential and commercial users. Such obligation shall be binding-upon
Declarant's successors and assigns.
2. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Staff.
